Dave's MT Outliner
Dave Winer (of Scripting News fame) has a life-long mission: to get everyone to think and write in an hierarchical fashion. In other words, to outline. So much so that he doesn't really care what they outline against (granted, he would prefer you use Manila and Radio), so long as you outline. Yesterday he wrote an outliner that works with Movable Type (screenshot). He may not be the #1 'Dave', but he is the #1 'outliner Dave'. :)

Is it released yet ? Could we download it somewhere?
I don't think it's ready for release. There's no mention that I can find of when it would be. Or whether or not it will be a free utility. Who knows?
