IETF-- hire a web developer already
I can't believe that in 2002, web standards are still being published like this. Pure-text documents, pre-formatted for a 80-column, 66-lines-per-page piece of paper (including the ASCII 12 characters for page feeds).
When oh when is the IETF (Internet Engineering Task Force) going to discover HTML or PDF or any number of rich presentation formats? They're still drawing diagrams using dashes (-) and pipes (|) for cryin' out loud.
