Ghost Sites

Ghost Sites, "The Museum of E-Failure", chronicles screen shots of failed dot com web sites that are no longer with us. It's kinda like an End of Free with pictures and sans commentary.

They also have a flash presentation of a bunch of logos and brand names of ghost sites spanning 1998-2001. I saw a lot of names and logos that I recognized and had used.

To a web developer, it can be depressing, but at the same time, you learn from failure and I think it's safe to say we've learned a thing or two about doing business on the web int he last year or two.

Don't forget-- you can also use the Wayback Machine as another source for reliving Internet past.
