KPMG is currently #2 on the blogdex index. It's because they require web sites to have an agreement in order to link to their web site. So all this linking is in defiance since free linking is what the web is all about. Personally, I think this is a clever ploy by KPMG to become one of the most crosslinked sites on the Internet.
