Gamecube goodness.
Well, I picked up my Gamecube today and although I only have a couple of games for it so far (Wave Race and Star Wars: Rogue Leader), I already love it. The controller is probably the best console controller I've ever used. It fits so naturally into your hand. I can't wait for Smash Brothers, Zelda, Donkey Kong Racing and yes, even Metroid Prime (although I'm still rather skeptical that Metroid will make a graceful transition from 2D to FPS).
I'm still a little annoyed about the whole 'bundle' thing-- I had to buy a 3rd party controller and Luigi's Mansion (my 3rd of 3 selections from a pool of 7 titles). LM is supposedly very pretty, but short on gameplay and depth. The store manager says I can bring both items back once they've got sufficient stock for exchanges.
I'm still not finished with Metal Gear Solid 2-- what am I to do? (These are the kind of problems I like to have!)
You should definitely check out Simpsons Road Rage (http://www.simpsonsroadrage.com).

I have to agree totally. I got my GameCube on friday the 17 of May. I bought Tony Hawk Pro Skater 3, and all I can say is that it ***** all over the CrapBox (XBOX) versions of BMX'ing. The graphics are awsome and the controls are the best.
I feel that your site needs more on gamecube and I would be more than willing to help. If you need help please e-mail morrows@hn.ozemial.co.au
