Seth's Weblog

Seffie's getting cheerios in his mouth but gets more in his lap. We tried the high chair at Starbucks today. He wasn't happy, although a few days ago, the high chair at UNO's worked fine.

It's so warm today that he's only in his diaper right now. He was very happy waiting in his car seat outside while Savannah and I dug holes to plant some violets. I remember what a relief I felt all over when I was pregnant and stepped outside. I wondered then if he'd be an outdoorsman.

He's rolling every where! Sleeping through the night when he feels like it. It's important right now that he stays in his crib cause we've let Savannah get into the bed with us. She's more demanding than he is, at least for now.

Right now he's squealing underneath his bouncy seat, a new vantage point. Eats about three meals a day, occasionally just two cause his tummy is still young.

He still hasn't been out in the world as long as he was in the womb.

He's not sitting up yet, but really into what's going on around him, watching Savannah running around, watching us play with toys, always ready to laugh even in the middle of a cry.

For the first time today, they really played together. They played on Savannah's little electronic piano. We sang songs.

He eats pears, peaches, prunes, squash, sweet potatoes and as of tonight green beans usually mixed with barley, oatmeal or rice w/ apples cereal.
