Our entrepreneur update
Savannah opens a store about every month. She’s had a game store; she drew pictures and cut them out to make puzzles. Last month she wrote books and called herself a bookseller. The month before it was an airplane store in which she made the plane right in front of the customer, that is, me or Seth. Another month she had a bracelet store. One time she made scarves from a lot of fabric scraps I gave her and tied them to our dining room chairs making the dining room the store. I buy most of her things, for anywhere from a quarter to a dollar. Other times she goes to two of our neighbors or gives them as gifts at school.
