Mostly good to her brother
She is mostly good to her brother. It's her bedroom that she still gets possessive over. He will sometimes be cast out, stand at the door crying his rejected cry. I can still occasionally say the right thing to prick her little heart. She lets him back in. Otherwise he comes to me with his pitiful sob.
They still often hold hands in the van, all the way to Bible study tonight, all the way back home. Sadly, that part will change soon. She'll go into the back seat. I hope she has taught him enough that he holds the new baby's hand.
