Savannah's Weblog

Today as we prayed before we ate, I prayed to thank God for our food and various people that Savannah recognizes. During my prayer, Savannah said several times, "Kimmie, Sippi" meaning her cousin Kimberly in Mississippi, so I thanked God for Kimberly in Mississippi. I was watching Savannah as I said this, and she looked up with sweet surprise on her face as if I had said something special or she hadn't realized she was thinking out loud.

Right now, Savannah pronounces her name Vanna with the slightest hint of the s in front, "sVanna." Cute. I wonder if we would confuse her if we started calling her Mia?
