We've noticed something like this earlier, but it's becoming more pronounced. When Arwen is some distance away on the den carpet, and we call her over, she tries, as best a 4 month old can try, to crawl toward us, inching a little at a time.
Arwen is ready to move. She's been turning over, always to her left, for about 3 weeks. She is also scooting, and we find her in odd positions when we check on her. It makes leaving her on the bed more ify than when Savannah and Seth were this age.
She has also noticed her hands and studies them. She is focusing better both closer and further away. So far none of my children have my eye problem.
Arwen blew her first raspberries today.
Twice today she rolled from her back to her stomach, the harder way. She had to get rather mad to do it, but it's about 6 weeks before typically expected :)
At about two months old, Arwen turned from her stomach to her back, the easier way, all on her own. She hasn't done it since, but she's quite happy most of the time. She is eager to laugh, especially when tickled and now we can get laughs when we make funny faces and noises. She will smile at most any new person who smiles up close enough. She turns toward me more and prefers me very much to anyone else. I'm enjoying that. She's the baby.
